Winter Proof Your Workout

Don’t let winter ruin your workout plans and derail your goals! Here are some tips to help you stay motivated.

1. Find a workout buddy and make a date with them (you wont want to let them down)

2. Get your clothes ready the night before so you can have a couple more minutes snuggled up in bed

3. Book in using the online system the night before (you are committed)

4. Remind your self of all of the reasons you want to do this workout

5. You may not have another chance to fit it in today so just get it done!

6. Rug up.  Even if it means buying another set of long tights or training shirt, it will be worth it.
