These are only some of the reasons I have created this program for you. Together we will construct a program to suit YOUR needs taking into consideration your available time, equipment and goals. I know that one program doesn’t fit all as we all have our challenges be they time, injuries or other. There is always an option, another way to tackle it… These things don’t have to stop you!
I’m certainly not Michelle Bridges and I don’t use any shiny Apps, but I am a real Personal Trainer and I want to help you reach your goals. Programs are put together specifically for you because I know that one program certainly doesn’t fit all!
What does an Online Program include?
- Personalised program (updated fortnightly): including 3-5 workouts per week to suit your requirements and using your existing gear and made to fit into your schedule.
- Goal setting session: We set you some Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time bound goals so we know where you are heading.
- Fitness Testing: at my studio or at your place, you report back.
- Weekly motivational chat: Discuss your successes and challenges. We work together to make exercise and healthy lifestyle a new habit. This helps me to adjust your program acordingly too. We can work out how to fit your training around busy weeks with kids sports, work dinners, travel, meetings etc
- Exercise library: with descriptions of each exercise
- Access to private FB group for support and encouragement
- Motivational cards and other welcome pack goodies and special offers
- Tailor a package to your needs (may include Personal Training & Group Training also on request)
- Unlimited access to ask questions or just “phone a friend” to keep you on track.
