Personal Training & Small Groups

If you prefer to train solo, have a specific goal in mind or need that extra bit of attention due to an existing injury then new Personal Training is best option for you. Small group sessions are also available for groups of 2-4 people.

Boxing

This session will leave you feeling satisfied!  Boxing is a fabulous cardiovascular, strength and endurance exercise.  Its also great stress relief.  Wether its been a big day home with the kids or at work you will leave feeling satisfied and more relaxed.

Bootcamp

This session is a time for ladies to get some active “me” time, get outside and get sweaty! Leave the kids and housework and do something just for yourself.

Mum’s Fitness

Sometimes after having a baby the gym is not appealing or leaving your children in the crèche services provided just isn’t for you. That is where New Mum’s group training can help you get back into exercise. You can bring your baby with you.

HIIT/Strength

Fire up your metabolism with this MetaPWR High Intensity Interval Training session. Body weight and resistance training will leave you feeling strong!

Online Programs

Do you work shift work, have children to mind or just can’t make group training or commit to a Personal Training due to time restraints? Together we will construct a program to suit YOUR needs taking into consideration your available time, equipment and goals.

Yoga

Our yoga sessions feature a lovely blend of static, balance and moving postures, with a focus on breathing, relaxation and meditation.

Pram Fit

1 hour fitness session designed specifically for mums! This is a travelling low impact cardio session combined with strength and conditioning.
