If you prefer to train solo, have a specific goal in mind or need that extra bit of attention due to an existing injury then new Personal Training is best option for you. You can also include online programming at additional cost.

Small Group Training

Small groups are great because

  • Only 2-4 people per session
  • Cost effective solution to Personalised Training
  • Train with a small group of friends and get more of the Personal Training feel
  • Intense Studio Workout (45 mins)

When you sign up you will also receive

These sessions can be tailored to your groups needs, possibly a running event coming up, weight loss, general fitness for life, core strength etc.
