Fantastic Personal Trainer with the patience of a saint! I attended the 6 wk mums and bubs class - what an awesome idea. I was someone who thought that I would never do boot camp style training. When a friend suggested we try it, women's only was what made me give it a try. After having my baby I was looking for a way to get back into shape and lose the extra kilos I’d gained during pregnancy - Miss Motivator Women’s Workouts provided just what I needed to do this. Rachel helped me to set realistic fitness goals and provided a range of fitness options to achieve these goals. One of the first goals was to be fit enough to play a full game of netball, which was something I enjoyed before my bub came along.
