I utilised Miss Mortivator’s Online Program after experiencing a plateau in my fitness and motivation. This program really helped me to get back on track with my fitness goals. Regular time was set aside to talk via phone with Rachel about my weekly goals and progress, including any barriers I was coming across, and celebrating when I had achieved the goals I had set. Being connected to the Miss Motivator Facebook group was great for me in keeping motivated and networking with other women with similar interest and fitness goals. Some of the other members of the group even joined me for some of my fitness sessions.
I've been training with Rach (boot camp and personal training) for over 12 months and have achieved fantastic results. I feel fitter, stronger, healthier and confident. Rach is qualified and experienced and provides the motivation and encouragement I need to reach my goals. I would never have been able to complete the Sydney Half Marathon prior to training with Rach. Highly recommend Rach to anyone contemplating a healthier life style change!
I do want to thank you so much though for the bootcamp sessions you run. They are truly brilliant and they allowed me to make sure I got a good solid exercise session in every Thursday even if my afternoons were packed, and there is no way I would have woken up that early to exercise on my own. You have helped me train harder but in such a supportive and welcoming environment, and I have definitely enjoyed training amongst the other ladies who are all just so lovely.

I was someone who thought that I would never do boot camp style training. When a friend suggested we try it, women's only was what made me give it a try. I had my doubts as to whether I would like it but Rachel was very welcoming & patient with newbies. I have been coming for 2+ years now and love how it makes me feel. Rach is very encouraging & inspires me to achieve always.
After having my baby I was looking for a way to get back into shape and lose the extra kilos I’d gained during pregnancy - Miss Motivator Women’s Workouts provided just what I needed to do this. Rachel helped me to set realistic fitness goals and provided a range of fitness options to achieve these goals. One of the first goals was to be fit enough to play a full game of netball, which was something I enjoyed before my bub came along.
Just a quick note to say "Thank You!" for your Friday's Mums and Bubs! Myself and the girls love our little get-togethers, so much so the girls ask if we are going to Mums and Bubs every time we drive past Wayne Richards Park. They love getting out and running around with the other kids, and I love that they love it - plus it wears them out so everyone is ready for a nice Friday afternoon sleep - everyone wins!
Great trainer and great group. Very accommodating and keen for everyone to have the best go they can. I feel much stronger and fitter for just getting to boxing once a week!
