Fantastic Personal Trainer with the patience of a saint! I attended the 6 wk mums and bubs class - what an awesome idea. It was so good to have the opportunity for a workout without needing a babysitter. Since starting with Miss Motivator I Can honestly say my life has completely changed and I couldn't be happier. The sessions I go to are so much fun and I've met so many amazing people along the way. Rachel gets me out of my comfort zone and challenges me every training session and I can't thank her enough for how great I feel now.
I utilised Miss Mortivator’s Online Program after experiencing a plateau in my fitness and motivation. This program really helped me to get back on track with my fitness goals. Regular time was set aside to talk via phone with Rachel about my weekly goals and progress, including any barriers I was coming across, and celebrating when I had achieved the goals I had set. Being connected to the Miss Motivator Facebook group was great for me in keeping motivated and networking with other women with similar interest and fitness goals. Some of the other members of the group even joined me for some of my fitness sessions.

Amazing judgment free space for women to support women regardless of their fitness levels. Rach caters to ladies who are in all different stages of their fitness and health journeys, no matter where you are at it's a killer workout and an all round good time
I just want to thank you for the Mums and Bubs class that you run. I felt so isolated after my 2nd daughter was born, as she was what the MCHN's called a 'difficult' baby. I have always enjoyed exercise, but was finding it hard to even leave the house with a baby who seemed to cry sometimes at the drop of a hat! Mums and Bubs is a great solution for everybody - Big sister gets to play with the other kids, Little sister seems to cry a little less when we are out, and I get some much needed exercise and fresh air! Mums and Bubs is great as I don't feel bad if I have to give bubs a feed, or stop to give her a cuddle - everyone there understands and it's a great little group of mums, too!
I was someone who thought that I would never do boot camp style training. When a friend suggested we try it, women's only was what made me give it a try. I had my doubts as to whether I would like it but Rachel was very welcoming & patient with newbies. I have been coming for 2+ years now and love how it makes me feel. Rach is very encouraging & inspires me to achieve always.
I've been training with Rach (Bootcamp and PT) for over 12 months and have achieved fantastic results. I feel fitter, stronger, healthier and confident. Rach is qualified and experienced and provides the motivation and encouragement I need to reach my goals.
