Just a quick note to say "Thank You!" for your Friday's Mums and Bubs! Myself and the girls love our little get-togethers, so much so the girls ask if we are going to Mums and Bubs every time we drive past Wayne Richards Park. They love getting out and running around with the other kids, and I love that they love it - plus it wears them out so everyone is ready for a nice Friday afternoon sleep - everyone wins!

I do want to thank you so much though for the bootcamp sessions you run. They are truly brilliant and they allowed me to make sure I got a good solid exercise session in every Thursday even if my afternoons were packed, and there is no way I would have woken up that early to exercise on my own. You have helped me train harder but in such a supportive and welcoming environment, and I have definitely enjoyed training amongst the other ladies who are all just so lovely.
Rach is amazing, she knows so much about women's bodies. I started training with her after my second baby and am now stronger and fitter than I have ever been. She always goes that extra mile to help you reach your goals and always checks in on how your going.
Since starting with Miss Motivator I Can honestly say my life has completely changed and I couldn't be happier. The sessions I go to are so much fun and I've met so many amazing people along the way. Rachel gets me out of my comfort zone and challenges me every training session and I can't thank her enough for how great I feel now.
I just want to thank you for the Mums and Bubs class that you run. I felt so isolated after my 2nd daughter was born, as she was what the MCHN's called a 'difficult' baby. I have always enjoyed exercise, but was finding it hard to even leave the house with a baby who seemed to cry sometimes at the drop of a hat! Mums and Bubs is a great solution for everybody - Big sister gets to play with the other kids, Little sister seems to cry a little less when we are out, and I get some much needed exercise and fresh air! Mums and Bubs is great as I don't feel bad if I have to give bubs a feed, or stop to give her a cuddle - everyone there understands and it's a great little group of mums, too!
I was someone who thought that I would never do boot camp style training. When a friend suggested we try it, women's only was what made me give it a try. I had my doubts as to whether I would like it but Rachel was very welcoming & patient with newbies. I have been coming for 2+ years now and love how it makes me feel. Rach is very encouraging & inspires me to achieve always.
